Youngsville\, NC 27596 \nHost Club: Youngsville Woman’s Club \n9:00 to 10:00 – Registration and Coffee Hour \n9:30 – District Board meeting – All Club Presidents\, District Officers\, CSP Chairmen and Appointees \n10:00 – Business meeting \nRegistration for meeting if $20 per person which includes a deli sandwich lunch. District Dues and District Scholarship fees should be mailed to Amanda Ellis\, 80 Rice Road\, Henderson\, NC 27537 (Cell 252-432-0756) amandaleigh486@hotmail.com. Dues are $2.00 per member plus $45.00 for District 5 Scholarship. Payment should be mailed no later than October 18\, 2019. \nPLEASE RSVP to Amanda Ellis the number from your club planning to attend. We need a head count for the caterer. Lunch cannot be guaranteed unless you let us know you are coming. \nAll Department Chairmen\, Appointees and Club Presidents will have a place on the program. If you have need for display set-up just let us know so our host club can have a space available. \nKim Fulcher\, GFWC-NC Recording Secretary\, will be our guest speaker. We have received a request from our State President\, Ann Landis\, to help support a tree refurbishing project for Pender County. Clubs are requested to make a $25.00 donation to help plant 100 pine trees. After the loss of so many trees during the hurricanes last year there is a huge need to replant the trees that were lost. If your club would like to participate\, bring your club’s check book. Any and all donations will be appreciated!! \n
