OFFICIAL CALL TO DISTRICT II FALL ANNUAL MEETING
All board members, club presidents, committee chairmen,
club members, and guests are encouraged to attend.

DATE: Saturday, October 12, 2019
TIME: 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (approximately)
PLACE: Lutheran Church of the Atonement

Wilkesboro, NC 28697
COST: Registration $2.00 + Lunch $10.00 = $12.00 per person
Send checks payable to the North Wilkesboro Woman’s Club by Friday, October 4.
If you make a reservation, you must pay!

Thank you to the hostess club, North Wilkesboro Woman’s Club!

Please polish the District silver your club won at last year’s District Annual Fall Meeting, and bring it to the meeting!
Also, bring flip flops (all sizes, men’s and women’s) and diapers for the Wilkes SAFE Shelter and Wilkes Child Abuse Prevention Team.
Also, each club is asked to bring two or three items for a silent auction fundraiser for the district.
