Annual Club Report: 2022 – 2024 GFWC-NC State Statistical Form (SSF)
Please log into the Member Portal to access the GFWC-NC State Statistical Form. This document is completed by Club Presidents annually & is due to the GFWC-NC 1st Vice President by February 1st.
Refer to Appendix F of the GFWC-NC Administration Book or contact GFWC-NC Headquarters for contact information on who to submit award entries.
